DÜRWÄCHTER, Johann Georg Baptized at Freckenfeld, 13.II. 1724. Son of Peter and Anna Catharina Dürwächter. Left for the New Country 1752. George Dierwachler (a misreading), single man, was listed in Lancaster Twp, Lancaster Go, 1772 (PA_3; XVII, 170). Dr. Gerberich’s records show that a George Thürwächter and his wife Elisabeth attended the Trinity Lutheran Church at Lebanon.
